1. Install the Windows XP Base Language Pack by running the file “.\Windows XP Operating System\1. Multilingual User Interface\MUISETUP.EXE”.
2. Install MUI Update and MUI HotFix from the .\Windows XP Operating System folder.
3. Install the component language packs from the main Windows XP component folder installed on your computer.
4. Change the language under “Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options -> Languages”, then Logout/Login or restart your computer for the new setting to take effect.
