Roswell Delirium is an emotion-charged sci-fi thriller set in the 1980s that tells the story of an alternate 1980s in which the United States is hit by a wave of nuclear attacks, and the survivors act as if everything is normal after the fallout, even though they are all exposed to radioactive poisoning. A young girl named Mayday tries to contact her father, who is on a shuttle mission in space, using a series of amateur radio devices. Instead of making contact, she receives an intergalactic distress call from space that leads her on a journey to Spacerock, the land where Area 51 was once located. She is exposed to severe radiation, and within a few days all of her organs begin to fail. Knowing that medical treatment will not help, her mother Wendy takes her back to Spacerock to hand her over to the aliens in the hopes that she can be saved.
