This film fails to get off the ground and you wonder what happened to the writers
In general, the performances are a little clunky or underdeveloped, and there are very few laughs. A shame, as Paddington 2 in particular was a gem, led mainly by Hugh Grant, who was excellent but ably supported by the prison crew.
In comparison, Paddington 3 was very average
it needed a much better script, more fleshed out characters and funnier action scenes. An hour after watching it, you might not even remember…
