It is well acted and the story develops impressively
There are certainly plot holes, but the story hits you hard when you realize that each character is a despicable human being and you see the terrible cruelty, ego, and hatred that lurk within the human psyche. A 7/10 score reflects the plot holes; Everything that happened between Catherine and Jonathan was something only they could see, but the grieving mother somehow wrote it down as if she saw it every moment, and then it became the truth of the show.
